Pailan School of International Studies, the cradle of professional and vocational education is amalgamating the curriculum and industry in an even proportion by which our students will be enough equipped to encounter the industry. PSIS has an active Training & Placement Cell to assist the students in finding the right Training / Internship / Placement opportunities.

The placement activities start from the very first day a student enters the institute. It includes Student Development Programme (SDP), Pre-Placement Talk, Mock Placement Activity and organizing Campus Interviews.

Regular workshops and seminars are organized to enhance the personality, grooming and communication of the students. The teachers at every step emphasize and guide the students with these aspects of students’ development. We groom & train the Management students to pursue their career in the path of academic and professional excellence to become the future professionals of the industry.

Students are constantly guided for academic intelligence beyond the regular curriculum to make them competitive for the industry.

A mock placement activity is conducted to accustom the students with the interview procedures. Students learn the way to appear for written test, group discussion, presentation and personal interview.

The Training & Placement Department coordinate and maintain liaisons with various companies and arrange the Campus Interviews for the students. Representatives from leading companies visits PSIS campus and make presentations about the benefits of working for their organizations. It is followed by their selection procedures. In the last few years we had been successful in placing our students across the various corporate both at a national and international level.
